Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CSR / Admin Assistant to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing the bridge between service inquiries and field technician dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Handle warm outbound calls to clients to schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Coordinate and manage technician schedules to ensure efficient job allocation across multiple sites.
- Provide front-line customer service by answering client inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Follow up with clients post-service to maintain strong customer relationships and gather feedback.
- Support day-to-day office operations to keep workflows running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently.
- Collaborate directly with the team on daily operational needs to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative support role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during Australian business hours.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
