Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Zoho) to provide comprehensive operational support and email campaign management. In this part-time remote role, you will serve as a central anchor for administrative workflows, email marketing sequences, and inbox management. The ideal candidate is a detailed-oriented self-starter who excels at structuring digital documentation and executing automated email campaigns entirely within the Zoho CRM ecosystem.

Note: Shifting windows are flexible, provided they are executed within standard Southern California, US business hours (Pacific Time).
Responsibilities
- Zoho Email Campaigns: Build, sequence, schedule, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and automated workflows entirely within the Zoho platform.
- Email Management: Oversee and meticulously organize the client’s main corporate inbox to ensure timely responses and streamlined daily communications.
- Calendar & Organization: Manage complex, back-to-back meeting schedules, coordinate cross-team calendar appointments, and oversee digital cloud file management.
- Systems Support: Assist with general daily business operations and database updates utilizing the Zoho CRM ecosystem.
- Collateral Support: Occasionally format basic marketing graphics using raw client assets (videos, pictures, or copy) and schedule pre-made posts across social channels to align with active email campaigns.
Requirements
- Zoho Mastery: Robust, practical knowledge and hands-on professional experience handling Zoho CRM and executing automated email campaigns/sequencing.
- Operational Habits: Exceptional organizational skills, high adaptability to handle administrative variations, strong file architecture maintenance, and superior self-management capabilities.
- Linguistic Standard: Excellent written English communication skills for drafting professional client emails, follow-ups, and basic platform messaging.
- Software Competency: Comfort navigating core digital office suites, CRM databases, and email client interfaces independently.
Qualifications
- Secondary familiarity with Canva, graphic layout tools, or basic social media scheduling platforms is highly advantageous, though secondary to core administrative and data tasks.
