Our client is actively expanding their team and seeking an experienced  Property Damage Claims Legal Support Specialist who has worked in law firms handling property damage claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced legal team where your industry experience will directly contribute to delivering outstanding client service and supporting successful case outcomes.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of a law firm specializing in first-party property damage claims.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with client intake, case management, operations, or business development activities based on your experience.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation within the firm's case management systems.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely communication throughout the claims process.
  • Monitor case progress and assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client service.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and client information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working at a U.S. law firm handling first-party property damage claims (required).
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following: Intake Specialist, Case Manager, Legal Assistant, Operations Support, or Business Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases or tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
