Join a growing European e-commerce company as a B2B Sales Specialist. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities by responding to inbound inquiries, conducting outbound prospecting, and building lasting relationships with business customers. You'll manage the full sales cycle while using CRM and AI-powered tools to develop customized product solutions and drive revenue growth.
Client Overview
Our client is a growing e-commerce company based in Sweden, serving customers across Europe through multiple online stores and marketplaces. With an extensive catalog of over 50,000 products, they are expanding their B2B division to build long-term partnerships with businesses across the European market.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CET, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound B2B sales inquiries and convert qualified opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
- Build customized product catalogs based on customer requirements.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Qualify leads and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Develop and improve B2B sales processes and workflows.
- Track sales activities, KPIs, and pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong cold outreach experience via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with large product catalogs and identifying customer needs.
- Availability to work during Central European Time business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace sales.
- Familiarity with European B2B markets.
- Experience selling home and garden products.
- Experience using AI tools to support sales prospecting and research.
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-category product portfolios.
