Overview:

Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter to drive outbound B2B growth by connecting directly with contractors and trades professionals. In this role, you will leverage your sales experience to naturally handle objections, build quick rapport, and consistently hit appointment targets using Go High Level. This is a high-volume, high-energy opportunity, perfect for a motivated self-starter seeking a stable, full-time remote career.

Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to contractors to generate qualified appointments
  • Follow the provided scripts while adapting naturally to live conversations and objections
  • Log all call activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in Go High Level
  • Build rapport quickly with contractor audiences and maintain a professional, confident tone
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting
  • Confident and natural phone presence with a subtle, clear accent
  • Strong objection-handling skills and ability to think on the fly
  • Comfortable engaging with contractors and trades professionals
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a high-volume calling environment
