Booking Sales Agent

Job Overview:

Handle inbound sales calls to convert leads into confirmed tour bookings by identifying customer needs and recommending the best tour experiences. Accurately process reservations, address customer questions and objections, and continuously build product knowledge and sales skills.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 8am to 6pm Pacific time zone

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls with the goal of converting leads into confirmed tour bookings
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify guest needs, group size, occasion, and preferred tour experiences
• Use match-and-mirror communication techniques to adapt tone and energy to each caller's personality
• Navigate booking software to process reservations accurately while managing multiple screens and information sources simultaneously
• Address objections and answer questions about tours, logistics, and hotel pickup details to close bookings
• Study and train on tour offerings, scripts, and objection-handling techniques during downtime

Requirements:

• Demonstrated inbound sales experience with a track record of converting leads to bookings or sales
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to identify buying signals and tailor recommendations accordingly
• Energetic and personable communication style with clear, fluent English
• Comfort with multitasking across phone systems, booking software, and reference materials during live calls
• Experience with CallRail or similar call tracking and phone systems
• Willingness to transition from part-time to full-time as business needs grow

Scope:

• Part-time role covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (10-hour days, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time)
• Serve as additional weekend phone coverage alongside existing booking agents to capture missed calls and leads
• Learn all tour products, discovery questions, and booking procedures thoroughly before taking live calls
• Expected to grow into a full-time position with expanded weekday coverage and backup support duties
