Revenue Operations Manager (HubSpot CRM & Sales Automation)

Job Overview

 Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager (HubSpot CRM & Sales Automation) to optimize and scale their HubSpot environment. In this role, you will audit and improve CRM data, streamline sales processes through automation, build dashboards and reports, and implement integrations to support a high-performing global sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HubSpot expert who enjoys improving systems, driving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth. 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible during client business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Audit and restructure the existing HubSpot CRM to establish clean, scalable frameworks for the sales team
  • Enrich, deduplicate, and organize a large database of leads to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales pipeline performance
  • Design and implement automation workflows to streamline sales processes and reduce manual effort
  • Set up integrations between HubSpot and other business tools, including AI-driven automation solutions
  • Onboard new team accounts and ensure CRM standards are maintained as the company scales globally

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and revenue operations
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, deal stages, and CRM best practices
  • Experience with data enrichment, segmentation, and lead management strategies
  • Familiarity with integration platforms and AI automation workflows
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
