B2B Appointment Setter (Saas or Tech)

Job Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber B2B Appointment Setter (Saas or Tech) to drive outbound prospecting for an expanding business technology solutions company. Operating during UK business hours, you will conduct high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outreach to engage senior decision-makers and non-technical business owners. Your primary focus will be navigating complex conversations, overcoming objections, and translating technical value propositions into simple, commercial benefits to book qualified meetings for the founder. This remote position offers a key role in scaling the company’s sales function with long-term growth opportunities across the founder's business portfolio.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm UK time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and multi-touch outreach campaigns to engage business owners and decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects using a consultative discovery approach and book high-quality appointments for the founder.
  • Clearly communicate the company's value proposition in simple, commercial language that resonates with non-technical business owners.
  • Build, manage, and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Confidently handle objections and keep prospects engaged throughout the outreach process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and follow-up schedules.
  • Track outreach performance, appointment conversion rates, and pipeline activity against KPIs.
  • Work closely with the founder to refine messaging, scripts, target profiles, and outreach strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound appointment setting, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Strong SaaS or Technology sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling high-value or consultative services to business owners or senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills with a confident, professional, and engaging phone presence.
  • Ability to explain complex products or services in simple, commercially focused language.
  • Strong objection handling, rapport-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a KPI-driven environment.
  • CRM experience with excellent pipeline management discipline.
  • Closing experience is a bonus but not essential—the primary objective is consistently booking qualified meetings.
