Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our sales team through proactive outbound outreach. The ideal candidate has proven B2B sales or lead generation experience, excels at building rapport with decision-makers, and thrives in a target-driven remote environment.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Richmond British Columbia, Canada (15 hrs/week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
- Qualify leads based on specific business criteria
- Schedule appointments and discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Meet or exceed established daily and weekly outreach targets
- Communicate value propositions clearly to key decision-makers
- Manage follow-up communications to ensure high appointment show rates
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience
- Understands the geography location of the Greater Vancouver area and Fraser Valley areas (PREFERRED)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
