We're looking for a customer-focused Inbound Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to support a growing UK-based education business. In this role, you'll engage with qualified inbound leads, guide prospective clients through the sales process, and build lasting relationships through exceptional phone and email communication. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to coordinate schedules, resolve day-to-day operational needs, and deliver a seamless customer experience. Schedule
- 10 - 12 AEST and 10 to 12 Uk time zone (two shifts); 20hrs per week
- Structured as a split four-hour daily routine, serving as the front-end sales engine and operational support hub for the company's UK educational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture qualified inbound leads for the UK market via phone and email.
- Review data in the CRM, execute outbound sales calls, handle customer objections, and process client pricing.
- Log new client interactions and maintain thorough follow-up records within the CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal tutoring team and parents to resolve daily scheduling conflicts and operational movements.
- Utilize the company’s internal AI context system to guide daily business issue resolutions.
Requirements
- Strong background in phone-based outbound sales, lead qualification, or customer support.
- Excellent English communication skills with a calm, reassuring manner and a neutral or British accent.
- Capability to execute flexible working hours split across peak UK morning and afternoon times.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, managing basic pipeline data, and adopting custom software.
