Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Representative to support a growing digital health platform specializing in longevity medicine and preventive healthcare. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative and sales support tasks, coordinate lead follow-ups, and assist with social media management across multiple business entities. Job Highlights
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls and professionally assist prospective and existing clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries with exceptional written and spoken English.
- Provide customer support for the online telehealth longevity medicine platform.
- Coordinate lead follow-ups and maintain accurate records throughout the sales pipeline.
- Draft and send professional follow-up emails to prospects and clients.
- Provide administrative support for sales demonstrations, appointments, and client meetings.
- Manage and schedule social media content across multiple business entities.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to improve daily operational efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with the business owner to prioritize tasks and streamline workflows.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence handling phone-based customer interactions.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or Virtual Assistant roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while managing priorities across multiple businesses.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and standard office productivity tools.
- Availability to work full-time during US Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Previous experience supporting telehealth, healthcare, or medical-related businesses.
- Familiarity with sales support, lead management, or customer success operations.
