We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Representative to support a growing digital health platform specializing in longevity medicine and preventive healthcare. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative and sales support tasks, coordinate lead follow-ups, and assist with social media management across multiple business entities. Job Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound phone calls and professionally assist prospective and existing clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Provide customer support for the online telehealth longevity medicine platform.
  • Coordinate lead follow-ups and maintain accurate records throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Draft and send professional follow-up emails to prospects and clients.
  • Provide administrative support for sales demonstrations, appointments, and client meetings.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple business entities.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to improve daily operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner to prioritize tasks and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence handling phone-based customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or Virtual Assistant roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing priorities across multiple businesses.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and standard office productivity tools.
  • Availability to work full-time during US Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Previous experience supporting telehealth, healthcare, or medical-related businesses.
  • Familiarity with sales support, lead management, or customer success operations.
