Sales Specialist | Creative Agency

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist (Creative Agency) focused on managing the complete sales pipeline for a creative agency. You will be responsible for sourcing new business through cold outreach, qualifying leads, and conducting discovery calls to understand client needs. Ultimately, you will develop tailored proposals for content strategy and video production, owning the process from initial contact to negotiation and signed contract.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Boston Time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source new business opportunities through outbound strategies including cold outreach, referrals, and paid ad follow-ups.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with the agency's service offerings.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals covering content strategy, video production, and brand systems.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and signed contract.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and client communications within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with leadership to tailor service packages to client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in creative services, media, or agency environments.
  • Experience with face-to-face sales; must be comfortable doing video calls (applicants must submit a video recording introducing themselves).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a charismatic and empathetic communication style.
  • Ability to read prospects, adapt messaging, and build genuine human connections.
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
