Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm Mountain Time
Responsibilities
- Executive calendar and email management
- Website updates (WordPress or similar)
- Google Business Profile management
- SEO coordination with outside providers
- Online reputation and review management
- CRM and database maintenance
- Property administration (leases, tenant communications, maintenance requests, insurance renewals, rent tracking)
- Research and data entry
- Document preparation and file organization
- Coordination with contractors, IT providers, and marketing agencies
- General administrative support and special projects
Requirements
- Excellent English communication
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- WordPress or similar website platform
- Google Business Profile
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Canva (preferred)
- Commercial property administration (an asset)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ideal software capabilities: Canva, Adobe Suite, Yardi property management software, Pipedrive CRM, Mailchimp, MS 365
