Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Real Estate Operations Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and drive lead generation for a growing real estate team. In this role, you will manage daily operational workflows, handle client communications on behalf of the Team Lead, and execute outbound cold calling and email campaigns. This position offers a flexible 20-hour weekly schedule with the potential to transition into a larger role as the business expands. Commissions or incentives will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Team Lead to optimize daily workflows and enhance the overall efficiency of a small, 4- to 5-agent real estate team.
- Play a key role in driving new business opportunities by executing cold calling and cold email campaigns to property owners and prospective leads using the provided lists.
- Manage and respond to daily email correspondence on behalf of the Team Lead, coordinating professional follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects.
- Assist in establishing, developing, and improving internal operational systems and processes to support the scaling of a newly formed real estate team.
- Maintain precise and accurate records of all outreach activities, client interactions, and lead updates within internal tracking systems.
- Execute general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth, day-to-day team operations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Assistant, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable conducting outbound phone calls and email outreach with confidence and professionalism.
- Proficient with common productivity tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
