Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer (Photoshop & Figma) to adapt translated marketing copy into existing creative assets and build new campaign assets from scratch using established templates and brand guidelines. This role supports CRM and retention marketing work across global campaigns, with a strong focus on precision, speed, and visual consistency.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible schedule (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Apply translated copy into existing creative assets using Photoshop and Figma.
• Create new marketing assets from scratch based on campaign briefs, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Produce CRM and email marketing assets for promotional campaigns across multiple markets.
• Maintain consistency across layouts, typography, imagery, and brand presentation.
• Work from English instructions and collaborate with translators and marketing stakeholders.
• Manage both production-style updates and original design work as needed.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and work comfortably within an evolving campaign environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated graphic design experience in marketing, e-commerce, or consumer brand environments.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Ability to update existing templates accurately and also create net-new assets from direction.
• Strong layout, visual hierarchy, and brand execution skills.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and building from briefs rather than fully finished specifications.
• Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple requests in parallel.
