Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Development Representative to support our outbound sales efforts in the UK market. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments for the senior sales team.

Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (UK Time, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients during UK business hours.
- Introduce the company's services and identify potential business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with warm leads and previous enquiries.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Meet daily outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
- Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
- Experience speaking with UK or US customers is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Organized and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous commission-based sales experience is an advantage.
