Our client is seeking a smart, tech-savvy Healthcare Recruitment Specialist (CRM & AI) who can manage high-volume medical talent pipelines while building a modern digital brand. In this role, you will act as a key support pillar, bridging the gap between traditional recruitment workflows and advanced AI-driven systems. This position is ideal for an innovative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to leverage technology to optimize talent acquisition.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Full-time (40 work hours per week).

The client offers significant flexibility, provided that at least 4 hours per day are completed within the core window of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST / AEDT.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update candidate pipelines systematically using JobAdder and HubSpot CRMs.
• Automate medical professional outreach campaigns via tailored SMS and email marketing workflows.
• Edit professional short-form videos featuring clinic walkthroughs to enhance recruitment branding.
• Ghostwrite and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts to build an online presence and drive candidate leads.
• Support marketing coordination for dental clinics, including hands-on social media management.
• Implement and configure AI tools to handle repetitive administrative and scheduling tasks.
• Proactively identify system inefficiencies and propose automated workflows to reduce manual labor.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, with a strong background in healthcare, GP, or executive recruitment.
• Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, similar CRM platforms, or enterprise recruiting systems.
• Professional written English communication skills aligned with Westernized corporate standards.
• Basic video editing skills for social media platforms or a strong capability to learn quickly.
• High comfort level working autonomously within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Ability to work independently under remote direction while maintaining strict delivery metrics.
