Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and goal-oriented Appointment Setter / Outbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers, qualify leads, overcome objections, and schedule high-quality appointments for our field team. When appropriate, you may also present services and close sales directly over the phone.

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary

Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Overcome objections and build trust with potential customers.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales or service team.
- Close sales over the phone when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and text messages as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Work closely with management to improve scripts and sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, telesales, cold calling, or inside sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales dialers is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Home services industry experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience selling services over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
