Our client is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Appointment Setter to join their growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a proven track record in outbound cold calling and appointment setting. You will be responsible for engaging prospective residential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism. Schedule

Monday - Friday, Full-time 40 hours a week (Flexible during US Central business hours)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective residential customers.
• Qualify leads based on established eligibility criteria and interest in receiving a consultation or quote.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into the CRM and CallTools dialer platform.
• Follow approved sales scripts while adapting conversations naturally to build rapport with prospects.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including outbound call volume and appointments booked.
• Accurately document customer interactions, notes, and appointment details within the CRM.
• Identify common customer objections and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
• Demonstrated success working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Professional spoken and written English with a clear, professional, customer-friendly accent.
• Experience using CRM platforms and automated dialer systems such as CallTools or similar software.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
• Highly resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with reliable attendance.
