Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Representative (B2B Lead Generation & Partnerships) to help expand our B2B client base and develop new strategic partnerships.
In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, generate qualified business opportunities, and build relationships with organizations seeking custom apparel solutions. You will play a key role in growing the company's corporate sales pipeline while identifying innovative collaboration opportunities that align with the brand.
Schedule
- Flexible within UK business hours; 20h per week
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective companies across corporate, fitness, health & wellness, education, hospitality, retail, and public sector industries.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce the company's services and secure meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Qualify leads based on business needs and buying potential before handing opportunities to leadership.
- Identify creative partnership opportunities, sponsorships, collaborations, and co-branded apparel initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and follow-up schedules.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies for different industries and customer segments.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new market opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve outreach messaging and partnership strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, or partnership management.
- Previous experience selling into the UK market is highly desirable.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confident conducting professional outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify partnership opportunities beyond traditional sales.
- Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within apparel, promotional products, branded merchandise, sportswear, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve prospect research and outreach.
- Background working with corporate accounts or large organizations.
- Understanding of partnership development and account-based selling.
