Overview

Our client is looking for a French Bilingual Business Development Representative to identify prospects, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities in the French construction sector. In this role, you will conduct proactive outbound communication and strategic B2B engagement with key decision-makers to promote high-quality construction equipment, signage, and safety tools. The ideal candidate is fluent in French, confident on the phone, and focused on building strong customer relationships to expand the company's brand presence.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Chelles, France, with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential construction industry clients using specialized databases
• Conduct strategic outbound phone calls to major French construction groups and regional players
• Introduce company services and capabilities to key decision-makers
• Identify and gather contact information for purchasing managers, project managers, and other relevant stakeholders
• Maintain accurate prospect data and interaction history in the company CRM system
• Send targeted digital product catalogs to qualified prospects following initial conversations
• Serve as a company ambassador, building brand awareness in the French construction market
• Meet performance targets with opportunities for bonus compensation

Requirements

• Fluent in French (spoken and written)
• Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in construction or industrial sectors
• Strong outbound calling and prospecting skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple prospecting tasks
• Familiarity with CRM systems for recording and tracking sales activity
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience selling construction equipment or industrial tools
• Knowledge of the French construction market and key players
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
