B2B Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting)

Overview:

We are a premier online luxury resale platform specializing in authentic high-end designer bags and accessories. As we continue to grow our B2B network, we are looking for a strategic and self-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting) to identify, target, and engage potential business partners and individual luxury resellers.

In this role, you will focus on building and expanding our B2B sales pipeline by connecting with high-value prospects, including live sellers and TikTok sellers, to help increase the volume of authentic luxury inventory featured on our platform.

This is not a script-based sales role. We are seeking an experienced professional who can independently map target markets, identify ideal prospects, and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to establish meaningful business relationships and generate qualified partnership opportunities.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST | 20 work hours per week

  • Note: Highly flexible hours, to be completed within the window of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST

Responsibilities:

  • Autonomous Lead Sourcing: Proactively research, identify, and qualify potential B2B partners, luxury resellers, TikTok sellers, and live streaming sellers who fit our ideal partner profile.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold and warm outreach campaigns using WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails to engage prospects.
  • Appointment Setting: Move leads through the initial funnel and successfully schedule Zoom meetings for our Founder and Director of Partnerships to close.
  • Pipeline Management: Track outreach efforts, manage lead data effectively, and ensure a seamless handoff of scheduled appointments to the executive team.
  • Strategy Execution: Utilize our existing partnership framework while independently applying your insights to optimize finding and converting high-quality leads.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales outreach
  • Autonomy & Drive: Highly resourceful and self-directed. You must be comfortable working without constant supervision, knowing how to identify target demographics and build lead lists independently
  • English Proficiency: Excellent, highly fluent spoken and written English. Since you will be making direct phone calls to businesses and high-profile resellers, a clear, professional voice and strong verbal impact are mandatory. (Note: A voice recording sample will be required during the screening process)
  • Technical Savvy: Experience working with digital communication tools and dialing systems. Familiarity with WhatsApp business communication and virtual phone systems is a major plus
