Overview

We are seeking a highly articulate, confident, and client-facing Strategy Calls Virtual Assistant to join our team for 10 hours per week. In this role, you will be the front-facing representative for Dream House Studios, leading live Zoom strategy sessions with our clients to comfortably guide them through our established framework, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and clear on their next steps.

Schedule

• Part-time (10 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Lead Live Client Calls: Host and facilitate 1-on-1 strategy Zoom calls with clients.
• Framework Guidance: Confidently steer conversations and walk clients step-by-step through our existing strategy framework.
• Client Engagement: Maintain a professional, welcoming, and authoritative presence on video to build trust and rapport.
• Clear Communication: Distill complex ideas into clear, actionable insights during live conversations.

Requirements

• Exceptional Spoken English: excellent English speaking skills with a clear, professional, and easily understood accent.
• Strong Presentation & Zoom Skills: Highly comfortable being on camera, leading presentations, and managing the flow of live video meetings.
• Conversation Leadership: Ability to command a room (or a Zoom call), keep conversations on track, and guide clients seamlessly without getting flustered.
• Reliable Setup: High-speed internet connection, a professional/neutral video background, and a high-quality microphone/webcam setup.
• Preferred: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant in a client-facing, account management, or consultative role.
• Preferred: Background in customer success, sales presentations, or public speaking is a major plus.
