Our client is looking for a results-driven B2B Solar Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound sales efforts within the solar energy industry. In this role, you will engage with solar installers and retailers, qualify potential leads, and connect interested prospects with the internal sales team. Client Overview
Our client is an established solar rebate agency operating in Australia since 2019. They partner with solar installers and retailers to help them access government rebate programs, supporting the growth of renewable energy adoption across the country.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to solar installers and retailers using provided prospect lists (4,000–5,000 contacts).
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through additional independent research and target prospecting efforts.
- Qualification: Qualify prospects and identify potential interest in federal and state solar rebate programs.
- Lead Transfer: Transfer warm, qualified leads over to the in-house sales team for closing.
- Activity Targets: Meet daily activity targets of 130–150 dials per shift to achieve 2–3 qualified appointments per day.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing head for updated product knowledge and campaign alignment.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outbound calls, dispositions, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Sales Footprint: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or cold lead generation.
- Performance Metric: Proven ability to consistently secure 2–3 qualified appointments per day from approximately 150 dials.
- Linguistic Standard: Strong verbal English communication, articulation, and persuasion skills.
- Operational Habits: Self-motivated with strong organizational, pipeline tracking, and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound dialer tools (e.g., CallHippo or similar platforms).
