Our client is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide crucial data entry and administrative support. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy by entering client information into case management systems, organizing electronic files, and efficiently handling repetitive daily tasks with precision. Schedule

  • 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM | 20 hours per week | Eastern Time (Florida, USA)

Responsibilities

  • Entering client information into our case management systems.
  • Organizing electronic files.
  • Updating records.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry and typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Previous administrative or legal office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software.
