B2B Outbound Appointment Setter (UK Market)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a self-motivated and target-driven B2B Outbound Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the company's growth by building a reliable pipeline of qualified prospects. You will be responsible for calling UK-based commercial property businesses from a company-provided database, communicating the value proposition clearly to decision-makers, and working closely with the surveyor team to ensure a smooth handoff of booked appointments.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM BST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's proprietary database
  • Book qualified appointments for surveyors to visit commercial properties and conduct assessments
  • Accurately log call outcomes and appointment details within the provided system
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet committed to an appointment
  • Maintain a consistent daily call volume to meet weekly and monthly appointment targets
  • Communicate the company's value proposition clearly and concisely to business owners and decision-makers
  • Report on daily and weekly call and appointment metrics
  • Adapt scripts and approaches based on feedback and campaign performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, particularly in phone-based interactions."
  • Ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers effectively
  • High level of attention to detail when recording client information and scheduling appointments
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
  • Comfortable working within a database or CRM system to manage call lists
