Overview:
As a Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting Specialist (Franchise Development), you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective business partners, qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery meetings to keep the sales pipeline moving efficiently. This role allows the business owner to focus on strategic growth initiatives and closing opportunities.
Our client is a rapidly expanding franchise business based in New Zealand, focused on growing its nationwide footprint. We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage increasing inbound inquiries from prospective franchise partners and support the continued growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Engage promptly with inbound leads to assess their suitability for the franchise model
- Qualify prospects by gathering essential background information and financial readiness
- Coordinate and book discovery calls between qualified leads and the business owner
- Maintain meticulous records of all communications and pipeline status in Monday.com
- Execute consistent follow-up sequences to nurture interest and prevent lead leakage
- Provide regular updates on lead volume, qualification rates, and booking metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine lead qualification criteria
- Manage the top-of-funnel process with high autonomy and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting roles
- Professional phone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability to manage high lead volumes
- Ability to work independently within New Zealand business hours
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools like Monday.com
- Bonus if you have experience in the franchise, licensing, or real estate sectors
- It helps if you have previously supported business owners in the ANZ market
