We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive our K-12 school outreach and secure qualified appointments. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (with one hour of unpaid break)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to K-12 school decision-makers to generate qualified appointments
  • Manage and update lead records, call activity, and pipeline status within HubSpot
  • Clearly articulate the company's value proposition to education sector prospects
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach targets to maintain a healthy appointment pipeline

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment setting
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for pipeline and activity management
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with clear, neutral English pronunciation
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle objections professionally
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward defined sales targets
