Our client is looking for an Outbound Appointment Setter to join their team. This role focuses on conducting high-volume outbound calls daily to contact former property owners regarding unclaimed surplus funds, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for final closing.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to contact former property owners regarding unclaimed surplus funds
- Extract and upload leads from the Access Elite platform into the CRM to maintain a consistent daily pipeline
- Execute automated email drip workflows within the CRM to support multi-channel outreach efforts
- Qualify prospects by confirming property ownership history and determining eligibility for surplus recovery
- Schedule qualified appointments with the specialist for deal closing and next-step discussions
- Log all call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions accurately within the CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Warm, empathetic phone manner with a professional tone.
- Ability to build trust quickly with individuals who may be skeptical or emotionally sensitive
- Strong resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully
- High level of attention to detail when managing lead data and call notes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
