Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Social Media and Content Operations Manager to rebuild and elevate our brand presence in the K-12 education market. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the business owner to plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across multiple platforms using AI-assisted tools. You will be fully responsible for managing the content calendar, maintaining brand consistency, and using analytics to continuously optimize engagement. If you are a self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision, this independent contractor role offers a permanent work-from-home opportunity.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive social media content calendars to ensure consistent brand presence
- Create engaging content from scratch using AI tools tailored to the company's brand voice
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and channels
- Monitor social media performance and adjust content strategies to maximize engagement
- Research and implement current social media trends relevant to the K-12 education industry
