Performance Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Performance Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads) who can manage paid advertising campaigns, social media marketing, email marketing, website updates, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of creating engaging content, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Perform marketing administrative tasks such as campaign reporting, content scheduling, and marketing calendar coordination.
  • Update and maintain website content using WIX and WordPress while ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Design marketing collateral, graphics, and digital assets using Canva to support campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar mid-level marketing role.
  • Strong experience managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in social media management and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing and design tools including HubSpot, Canva, WIX, and WordPress.
  • Professional written English communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and campaign performance.
