Job Overview
As a B2B Outbound Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by conducting high-volume outbound calls to U.S.-based business owners. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects, spark interest in the company’s services, and either transfer qualified leads directly to closers or schedule appointments for future presentations. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and resilient communicator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and can maintain professionalism and energy throughout a high number of daily calls.

Responsibilities
- Outbound Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S.-based business owners to generate curiosity and genuine interest in the company's offerings.
- Pitch Delivery: Deliver a concise and engaging script that builds interest without diving into detailed pricing or product specifics.
- Live Transfers: Route warm, interested prospects live to U.S.-based closers for real-time sales presentations.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book appointments through the internal scheduling system when a live transfer cannot be completed.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate call logs, pipeline metrics, and disposition records within the CRM to support sales cycle transparency.
- Pipeline Follow-Up: Execute systematic callbacks and follow up on previously contacted leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Requirements
- Sales Footprint: 1–2 years of dedicated experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Linguistic Standard: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Volume Endurance: Ability to execute high daily call volumes (approximately 400 dials per day) while maintaining consistent energy and professional resilience.
- Objection Handling: Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills to effectively handle rejections and keep prospects engaged.
- Operational Habits: High level of attention to detail when logging call outcomes and scheduling cross-timezone appointments.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal direct supervision.
