YOUR ROLE: Outbound Rep

Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to engage collision repair shops across Saskatchewan, educate prospects on the value of our RPS tracking software, and convert trial users into paid subscribers. The ideal candidate has strong outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with business owners while maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up activities. 

Schedule: Mon-Friday, 8-5 is when the shops are open in Saskatchewan, Canada, UTC -6.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to SGI-affiliated collision repair shops in Saskatchewan.
• Educate shop owners on how to maximize revenue using the RPS tracking system.
• Convert existing trial users to paid credit card subscriptions through guided support.
• Identify decision-maker contact details and secure correct email addresses for follow-up.
• Pitch the software's rebate program benefits and competitive advantages.
• Transition qualified leads to Ali and Myles for technical onboarding and closing.
• Log all call activities and client notes accurately in the RocketPros CRM.

Requirements:

• Excellent English for professional communication with Canadian clients.
• Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR roles.
• Resilient and patient phone presence suitable for a male-dominated shop environment.
• Ability to quickly learn niche terminology related to collision repair and insurance.
• Strong organizational skills for managing a target list of 200+ shops.
• Professional written skills for sending follow-up screenshots and packages.
• Experience using multi-line dialers and CRM platforms.

Scope:

• Primary focus on conquering the Saskatchewan market (SGI insurance) initially.
• Available for full-time (40 hrs/week) 
• Immediate launch to hit July 1st program deadlines.
• Remote work reporting directly to the founding team.
• Potential to expand into British Columbia (ICBC) and the US markets.
