Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile full-time Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team at Precision Medical Billing (PMB). In this role, you will lead the creation of compelling visual content that enhances our national brand identity, communicates complex healthcare compliance concepts simply, and supports our marketing and educational initiatives. The successful candidate will design a wide range of digital and print assets and actively manage our digital distribution channels to position PMB as a top-tier administrative partner and educational resource for healthcare providers nationwide.
Schedule
- 15 hours per week (Flexible during Central Time)
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital assets for our website, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Create educational and marketing collateral, such as infographics, whitepapers, brochures, and presentations, that simplify complex revenue cycle management and medical billing data.
- Maintain, evolve, and ensure consistency of the PMB brand identity across all internal and external communication channels.
- Develop visual materials tailored to our specific industry niches, including Home Health, Hospice, EMS, and private physician practices.
- Coordinate with leadership and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visual assets for national campaigns.
- Design presentation decks and educational graphics for webinars, training sessions, and executive meetings.
- Manage, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns directly within Zoho Campaigns.
- Schedule, publish, and track visual content postings across our social media channels using Zoho Social.
- Manage multiple design and content-scheduling projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
- High proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Zoho Social and Zoho Campaigns, including automated scheduling and campaign deployment.
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute automated scheduling for social media posts.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and corporate branding standards.
- Ability to take complex BPO or healthcare concepts and translate them into clean, easily digestible visual layouts.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience in the BPO, healthcare, or corporate services sector is preferred but not required.
