With a growing client base, the firm produces regular video content, maintains an active social media presence, and invests in operational support to scale efficiently.


Job Description:

The Social Media & Client Relationship Coordinator is a self-starter and execution-focused role combining social media management, content repurposing, email marketing, and operational support. You will transform video content and scripts into strategic posts, execute email campaigns, edit videos, contribute to ads strategy, and proactively explore new marketing channels.

This role requires someone who figures things out, drives tasks forward, and makes things happen without being chased.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end social media posting process across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Repurpose video content and scripts into platform-specific posts with strategic scheduling
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Edit videos for social media and content repurposing
  • Support creation and optimisation of ads across digital channels
  • Proactively explore new marketing channels and content opportunities
  • Maintain reports showing KPIs and progress for tracking
  • Take full ownership of tasks and deliver results without supervision

Requirements (Skills):

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in social media management or similar client-facing role
  • Highly proactive, self-starter with a “doer” mentality
  • Comfortable handling multiple marketing channels, email campaigns, and newsletters
  • Video editing skills for social media and content repurposing
  • Experience with social media ads and basic campaign optimisation
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and execute with precision
  • Experience with ChatGPT or AI content tools
