Key Responsibilities

Returns Management: Maintain Driver Returns Register, reconcile expected returns, follow up on overdue returns/exchanges, create exchange dockets, and liaise with Stores, DCs, and Support teams.

Stock Adjustments & QC: Process Return to Supplier (RTS) and negative stock adjustments, ensuring accurate records.

Transfer Orders & Warehouse Coordination: Execute and monitor TOs, perform TO receipts in Infinity, and track fulfillment timelines.

Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of returns, transfers, and adjustments; report discrepancies or delays; maintain documentation in Infinity, Zendesk, and internal trackers.

Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, follow processes, and suggest improvements.

Telephony & Internal Communication: Make internal calls to Stores, DCs, and departments for follow-ups; maintain professionalism and clear communication.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and safety reporting requirements.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform audits, administrative duties, and support other departments as needed.
