Inventory & Returns Coordinator

Job Highlights:

  • Permanent Work from home
  •  Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with 1-hour unpaid lunch and two 15 minute paid break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week). 

Key Responsibilities
  • Returns Management: Maintain Driver Returns Register, reconcile expected returns, follow up on overdue returns/exchanges, create exchange dockets, and liaise with Stores, DCs, and Support teams.
  • Stock Adjustments & QC: Process Return to Supplier (RTS) and negative stock adjustments, ensuring accurate records.
  • Transfer Orders & Warehouse Coordination: Execute and monitor TOs, perform TO receipts in Infinity, and track fulfillment timelines.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of returns, transfers, and adjustments; report discrepancies or delays; maintain documentation in Infinity, Zendesk, and internal trackers.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, follow processes, and suggest improvements.
  • Telephony & Internal Communication: Make internal calls to Stores, DCs, and departments for follow-ups; maintain professionalism and clear communication.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and safety reporting requirements.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform audits, administrative duties, and support other departments as needed.
