- Lead Generation and Sourcing: Generate candidate leads using multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, outreach, and automation tools. Manage and optimise social media recruitment activity (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.). Use automation, CRM systems, and workflows to increase lead volume and speed. Proactively test and improve sourcing strategies to hit targets.
- Screening and Compliance: Conduct high-quality phone screenings with excellent questioning and listening skills. Assess candidate suitability, availability, attitude, and reliability. Manage full onboarding process including right to work, DBS, references, training, and compliance checks. Ensure all candidates meet CQC and internal compliance standards before deployment.
- Onboarding and Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional, efficient, and supportive onboarding experience. Maintain clear communication with candidates at every stage. Reduce drop-outs through strong follow-up, engagement, and expectation setting. Act as the main point of contact until carers are fully active and working.
- Stakeholder and Customer Service: Work closely with operations and care coordination teams to meet live staffing needs. Maintain professional, confident phone manner at all times. Represent At Home Care with credibility, urgency, and care professionalism.
