Performance Marketing Specialist

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours per week/8 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to achieve CPA, ROAS, and lead generation targets.
  • Conduct daily account monitoring, including spend, performance, budget pacing, ad approvals, and campaign health checks.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Video, Shopping, and B2B campaigns.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot tracking using GA4, GTM, conversion pixels, and lead routing systems.
  • Develop media plans, allocate budgets, research target audiences, and identify growth opportunities through competitor and market analysis.
  • Create ad copy, coordinate creative development, and manage asset approvals and deployment.
  • Build and manage landing pages, forms, email automation, and campaign assets within client CMS and marketing automation platforms.
  • Conduct account audits and lead seamless handovers from previous agencies or internal teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement conversion rate improvements.
  • Prepare and present weekly, fortnightly, and monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Support direct media buying, organic social promotion, and ongoing analytics implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with landing page builders, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and email nurture campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • LinkedIn Advertising Certification.
  • Experience with Reddit Ads, Programmatic Advertising, or direct media buying.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.
