Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior Influencer Campaign Manager to serve as a high-level Account Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of the partnership pipeline, navigating the entire campaign lifecycle from initial negotiation to final delivery. The ideal candidate balances strategic relationship building with sharp negotiation skills to ensure long-term network growth and favorable business outcomes.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Take over qualified leads and lead deal negotiations with creators to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns, including scripts, delivery, logistics, and quality oversight.
- Build, retain, and scale long-term relationships within the creator network.
- Exercise independent thinking and marketing acumen to make logical campaign decisions and refine ad content.
- Direct the creator partnership pipeline in collaboration with the discovery team for seamless lead onboarding.
- Manage complex projects and scale account volume strategically as leads increase.
Requirements
