Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Operations Assistant to serve as the strategic right hand to the President, providing high-level administrative, operational, and recruitment support. This role is responsible for managing communications, monitoring business operations and employee activity, coordinating hiring processes, and assisting with fleet management and reporting.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 30 min paid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the president as a strategic right hand, managing communications across phone, email, and text with employees and clients
- Track and monitor fleet GPS for six company vehicles and generate detailed performance reports
- Source and research vehicles to add to the fleet, identifying the best pricing options in the area
- Monitor employee clock-ins, clock-outs, and office attendance through the company's camera system, providing timely reports to leadership
- Manage onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation to ensure a seamless employee integration process
- Draft and post job advertisements for higher-level positions, pre-screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with the president
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or corporate administrator supporting C-level executives
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
