Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Media Buying & Ad Operations Coordinator to support our growing digital advertising team. This full-time remote position serves as a clear growth path toward becoming a full Media Buyer within 6 to 12 months. Working closely with senior buyers, you will build and launch campaigns, manage tracking pixels, oversee smaller client accounts, and maintain reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of foundational paid media experience, strong spreadsheet skills, and an analytical mindset. This role operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Ad Operations
- Upload and organize ad creative across advertising platforms.
- Build and launch campaigns following established media plans.
- Configure tracking pixels, conversion events, and audience integrations.
- Assist with platform setup, account maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Verify campaign tracking accuracy and ensure proper attribution is functioning.
Campaign Management
- Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or opportunities to senior media buyers.
- Make routine campaign optimizations under guidance and established processes.
- Manage smaller client accounts with oversight from senior team members.
- Assist with budget pacing, bid adjustments, audience updates, and creative rotations.
- Maintain campaign documentation and reporting accuracy.
Reporting & Analysis
- Pull performance reports and organize campaign data.
- Monitor KPIs and identify performance trends.
- Assist with campaign audits and quality assurance checks.
- Support senior media buyers with account analysis and optimization recommendations.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with senior media buyers to execute advertising strategies.
- Coordinate with creative and account management teams to ensure timely campaign launches.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, ad operations, or a related marketing role.
- Basic experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar.
- Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals including audiences, bidding, budgets, and campaign objectives.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance reports.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience implementing Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, or similar tracking tools preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing attribution concepts preferred.
- Agency experience or experience managing multiple accounts preferred.
- Understanding of landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead generation campaigns preferred.
