Automation & Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, details-driven Mid-Tier Automation & Lead Gen Specialist to manage the primary research and lead outreach pipeline for a successful B2B corporate venue-sourcing firm. In this role, you will be responsible for executing outbound lead generation strategies, managing contact databases, and maintaining clear project tracking within a structured execution-focused framework. You will utilize pre-built automation scripts and platform tools based closely on existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize sales pipeline efficiency.

The consultancy provides a completely free service to its corporate clients (compensated via hotel commissions), offering an incredibly high-value proposition that significantly reduces corporate event spending. You will play a vital role in fueling the sales pipeline for this expanding business by identifying and connecting with key stakeholders who manage corporate meetings and group travel.
Position Details Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (20 hours per week). Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST / Toronto).
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Web Scraping Execution: Run and operate standard, pre-built Apify scrapers or pre-configured scraping actors to harvest data from directories, corporate sites, and industry databases according to set guidelines.
- Intent-Based Sourcing: Systematically monitor and mine LinkedIn Job Boards and Indeed Job Boards to identify companies showing strong hiring signals or active budgets for event planning and corporate travel.
- List Sourcing & Enrichment: Build, segment, and enrich targeted B2B prospect lists utilizing Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Campaign Operations & Deliverability Care: Upload prospect lists, accurately map variables, and launch outbound email sequences. Perform daily checks on active campaigns and monitor domain warm-up metrics (on tools like Smartlead/Instantly) to preserve domain health.
- CRM & Data Management: Update, clean, and meticulously organize CRM pipelines and tracking sheets inside Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to ensure clear tracking.
Requirements & Experience Profile
- Experience: 3+ years of proven operational experience in B2B Lead Generation, Database Enrichment, and Online Sourcing.
- Core Tools Proficiency: Reliable proficiency using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo (or equivalent lead gen software), and Google Workspace applications.
- Tech-Competence: Practical familiarity running existing pre-configured software scripts/scrapers (like Apify actors) and monitoring standard outbound sequencing tools (e.g., Smartlead, Instantly).
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail for data auditing, strong organizational habits, and strong professional written English skills.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Familiarity or direct operational experience with CVENT (Event Management Software).
- Prior experience sourcing business leads specifically within the corporate travel, hospitality, or large-scale corporate event planning sectors.
