Data Entry & Systems Coordination Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking Data Entry & Systems Coordination Specialist to help streamline critical data operations across business systems. Join our growing UK-based environmental services company, specializing in mold remediation and working closely with local councils. As we continue to experience rapid growth during our peak season, we are looking for a dedicated professional to support our expanding operations.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our business runs efficiently by managing data transfers between our internal systems and major client platforms. Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

  • Note: Shift adjusted to align with Philippines business hours while covering UK morning meetings, typically 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM BST/GMT

Responsibilities:

  • Transfer data accurately between the company’s internal system and their major client’s platform
  • Perform basic calculations involving times, lengths, and periods as part of data processing
  • Handle cohorts of information systematically to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines
  • Follow detailed training materials and standard operating procedures with precision
  • Participate in morning coordination meetings to review progress and receive new assignments
  • Maintain data accuracy and attention to detail throughout all transfer processes
  • Support peak season operations during high-volume periods (December through May)
  • Adapt to additional database and administrative tasks as proficiency develops

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work
  • Basic math skills for calculating times, lengths, and periods
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and training materials precisely
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
  • Bonus if you have previous data entry or administrative experience
  • Comfortable with database systems and can work independently after training
