Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant (Inbound Leads) to support a growing property business based in Dubai. This is a part-time ongoing role suited to someone who is confident in client-facing communication, understands the real estate sales process, and can help convert enquiries into qualified opportunities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, organized, and comfortable engaging with prospective buyers, investors, and property seekers. They should be able to build rapport quickly, understand client requirements, and guide conversations toward the next step in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs, budget, location preferences, and buying intent
- Qualify leads and identify serious buyers or investors for follow-up
- Present property options clearly and persuasively based on client requirements
- Conduct sales conversations through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels as needed
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, client interactions, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate appointments, viewings, and next-step discussions with the relevant internal team
- Follow up consistently with warm and interested leads to improve conversion rates
- Support the wider sales pipeline by ensuring opportunities are properly tracked and progressed
- Represent the company professionally in all customer-facing interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar client-facing sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to qualify leads effectively and move prospects through the sales process
- Confidence handling customer conversations and addressing objections professionally
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer needs analysis, and follow-up discipline
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining accountability for results
- Professional spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a real estate agency, developer, or property brokerage
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market or similar international property markets
- Experience using CRM systems or lead-tracking tools
- Background in consultative sales, telesales, or high-value client engagement
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule based on business needs
