We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Lead Generation & Appointment Setter Specialist to support business development efforts through lead research, CRM management, outbound outreach, and appointment scheduling.
This role is responsible for identifying potential prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, conducting structured outreach campaigns, and securing qualified meetings for leadership and sales teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, comfortable with outbound communication, and capable of managing multiple follow-up activities while maintaining data accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research
- Conduct daily prospect research using online databases, company websites, LinkedIn, industry directories, and other available sources.
- Identify potential decision-makers, referral partners, business opportunities, and target accounts.
- Gather and verify key contact information, including:
- Full name
- Company
- Job title
- Phone number
- Email address
- LinkedIn profile
- Relevant notes and qualification details
- Maintain organized prospect lists and databases.
- Ensure all lead information is accurate, complete, and actionable.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update records within Pipedrive CRM.
- Enter, organize, and manage prospect information.
- Track outreach activities and communication history.
- Update pipeline stages and lead statuses.
- Maintain high standards of CRM data integrity and organization.
Appointment Setting & Outreach
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved communication channels.
- Utilize approved scripts, messaging frameworks, and outreach sequences.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
- Generate interest and secure appointments for leadership and sales teams.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and calendar invitations.
Follow-Up Management
- Execute consistent follow-up campaigns.
- Track responses and engagement activities.
- Re-engage prospects when appropriate.
- Maintain communication cadence across multiple outreach channels.
- Ensure all follow-up activities are documented within the CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales support, business development support, or customer outreach.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
- Strong internet research and data gathering skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with outbound calling and email outreach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow processes, scripts, and standard operating procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in remote or virtual environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and prospecting tools.
