Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing & Growth to lead, manage, and optimize omnichannel marketing initiatives across multiple founder-led personal brands and corporate accounts. This role requires a balance of creative marketing execution and deep,expert-level technical experience with Zoho. You will serve as our internal Zoho champion, structuring workflows, building dashboard reporting, and driving team adoption to turn the platform into a highly efficient central operating hub.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST).
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Omnichannel Growth
-Create, manage, and optimize omnichannel marketing strategies that connect content, audience, growth, PR, and website performance directly to lead generation and revenue outcomes.
-Lead organic growth strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and email.
-Manage and scale podcast growth using modern digital strategies, short-form clips, SEO, and strategic distribution.
Zoho Ownership & Workflows
-Serve as the internal platform champion during Zoho implementation and ongoing team adoption.
-Structure Zoho CRM and related applications for marketing automation, pipeline tracking, lead management, and campaign attribution.
-Set up and optimize practical, scalable dashboards, automation rules, tagging, and segmentation systems.
-Create SOPs and documentation to train team members and monitor data hygiene.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
-Plan, execute, and report on paid advertising campaigns.
-Track, analyze, and optimize critical metrics including ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, and funnel conversion rates.
-Build testing frameworks for creative assets, copywriting, landing pages, and target audiences.
AI Utilization & Reporting
-Build repeatable, AI-assisted workflows to maximize marketing speed, output quality, and team productivity.
-Own weekly and monthly marketing reporting by building comprehensive performance dashboards.
-Coordinate with and hold external agencies and vendors accountable for their deliverables.
Requirements
-Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience successfully running multi-channel campaigns and growing both individual/founder personal brands and corporate business accounts.
-Zoho Expertise: Deep, hands-on, expert-level experience with Zoho CRM and related workflows, specifically regarding implementation, dashboard building, and automation.
-Performance Marketing: Solid background in media buying with a history of tracking clear, quantifiable performance results.
