Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 09:00 AM - 03:40 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter invoice data into the company’s property management system
  • Set up and maintain organized Google Drive folders for newly onboarded property owners
  • Ensure owner documents and records are saved in the correct digital locations
  • Support data migration and implementation efforts during the company’s software transition
  • Assist in building and maintaining workflow automations to improve operational efficiency
  • Perform general administrative and back-office support tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation across systems
  • Help reduce operational bottlenecks through efficient administrative support

Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Slack and workflow automation tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Professional written English communication skills
  • Previous administrative or operations support experience is preferred
