Recruitment Operations Coordinator (End-to-End)

Job Overview

Play a key role in supporting the Recruitment team by delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates. You will provide end-to-end recruitment support, ensure accurate documentation and database records, and assist in coordinating recruitment processes to ensure placements progress smoothly and on time.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM NSW time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support to consultants, candidates, and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and client care through clear and timely communication
    Source, screen, and onboard candidates, including background and credential checks
  • Manage candidate documentation, CRM records, and database accuracy with VRS support
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure completion of required paperwork and onboarding requirements
  • Support placement coordination while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and standards
  • Assist with general recruitment operations, risk management, and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Recent experience in general office administration, with exposure to compliance standards such as credentialing, policy adherence, and audit requirements
  • Basic understanding of databases and the importance of accurate, shared business information
  • Experience in healthcare, recruitment/HR, or customer service is highly desirable
  • Computer literate with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous manner
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with a strong problem-solving approach
  • Adaptable, action-oriented, and able to build positive working relationships across teams
