Join a thriving Los Angeles-based CPA practice specializing in fractional CFO services and comprehensive financial oversight. In this dynamic role, you will manage client finances using QuickBooks Online, handling daily accounting tasks for a diverse portfolio of businesses. Working closely with a seasoned CPA, you will gain invaluable professional experience while ensuring precise financial record-keeping and contributing to the firm's growth.

Schedule

• 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week - Pacific Time (PT) - Flexible within client's business hours

Responsibilities

• Manage financial data entry and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online with precision and efficiency
• Expertly match bank activities to appropriate accounts or balance sheet items
• Seamlessly sync and categorize bank transactions within QuickBooks Online
• Craft accurate and insightful financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients
• Collaborate with the CPA to ensure all bookkeeping aligns with higher-level financial strategies
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by supporting the onboarding of new clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Sharp attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Adaptability to learn and implement new accounting practices and technologies
• Experience with US-based accounting practices preferred
