Inside Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist to join our team in a dynamic, full-time capacity. This role is uniquely structured to support two distinct territories, collaborating directly with our two principals to fulfill a comprehensive full-time schedule. We are not looking for a purely script-based caller. While we provide extensive training and foundational scripts, we need a strategic, analytical thinker who can look beyond the script to actively support growth initiatives. Territory focus and activities will remain dynamic, shifting strategically to align with upcoming events and new sales initiatives. If you are driven by data, client growth, and campaign success, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our revenue—with bonus compensation tied directly to those goals.

8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Herriman, UT business hours)

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze Trends: Dive into sales data, client trends, and market segments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Support: Play a key role in the creation, execution, and performance tracking of outbound and internal sales campaigns.

Account Growth & Sales Penetration

  • Develop Accounts: Actively nurture and expand existing accounts, acting as a strategic partner to our clients.
  • Strategic Outreach: Assist with targeted outbound calls as needed to drive sales penetration and uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

Who You Are

Professional Experience

  • Sales & Account Management: 2–4+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, inside sales, or sales operations.
  • Strategic Outbound Experience: Proven track record of successfully conducting targeted outbound calls, with the ability to pivot away from a script and hold consultative, value-driven conversations.
  • Campaign Support: Prior experience participating in the creation, execution, or tracking of sales and marketing campaigns.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating, updating, and pulling reports from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Data Literacy: Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and a demonstrated ability to interpret sales metrics, identify market segments, and spot actionable client trends.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort working in a dynamic virtual environment, utilizing modern communication and scheduling tools to manage territory activities.

  • Self-Management: Highly organized with the capacity to juggle shifting priorities across two distinct territories and independently manage time to meet full-time hours.
  • Target-Driven: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance metrics, with a strong internal drive to achieve revenue-tied bonus goals.
  • Business Acumen: The ability to understand a client's business needs and act as a strategic partner to grow the account, rather than just closing a one-off sale.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
